 It's right there with BT3, Legend of the Super Saiyan, and Attack of the Saiyans, imo

 I guess it's best if I clarify.

This isn't the best game with Dragon Ball slapped on the title, but it is the best Dragon Ball game. Other games may have better gameplay or features, but this one recreates the feel of real Dragon Ball fights best.
